The K4I Forum Governing Board consists of Members of the European Parliament (political members) and members of the K4I Management Board.
The Governing Board agrees on the programme of the Forum and ensures that the event topics are in line with the work of the Members of the European Parliament.
The K4I Forum events are hosted by the political members who contribute based on their committee work or role as rapporteur, thereby ensuring the relevance of the debates. The Forum Governing Board convenes 4 to 6 times a year at a working breakfast in the European Parliament.
Activities (debates, exhibitions etc.) organised by the K4I Forum using the premises of the European Parliament must be in line with the rules governing the use of Parliament’s premises by outside bodies.
